Refund & Return Policy – Homynest

At Homynest, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent 15-day Return & Refund Policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Note: Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personal care items
  • Used cleaning tools (e.g., gloves, scrubbers)
  • Items exposed to food, water, or kitchen use
  • Clearance / “Final Sale” items

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at Homynestofficial@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Attach clear photos or video of the item
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Return Shipping:
Customers pay return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Size/color issues (if applicable)

Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or video as proof
  • We will replace the item free of charge

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After processing or shipping, cancellations are not possible.
