- All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
- Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days depending on courier accessibility.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
- You can track your parcel on the courier’s website using your tracking number.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
- If the delivery fails both times, the parcel may be returned to us.
- Customers may need to pay re-shipping fees for another delivery attempt.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or video as proof.
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Please ensure your phone number is active to receive confirmation and delivery calls.
- Refusing a COD parcel repeatedly may lead to blocked future COD orders.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Homynest is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Customer unavailability
- Courier delays caused by weather or operational issues
